During the pandemic, I acquired more gym equipment that has allowed me to workout at home, and Everyday Athlete 2.0 has given me the ability to utilize what equipment I have AND level up my workouts. Not only does it provide workouts for strength and mobility like the original version but also adds in cardio and new dynamic movements that challenge my fitness. I am an avid reader of evidence based fitness and health topics, and it very evident that Stacey has been very thoughtful in incorporating progressive and evidenced-based components to the overall program. It is packed with the most up to date fitness information that will lead an athlete to better power, strength, cardiovascular fitness, mobility and overall well-being for fitness longevity. For myself, this program gives me the flexibility to get in dynamic workouts in between work, kids and general life, has made me a more balanced athlete. It also keeps me doing what I love doing...running!”

“I have been really enjoying Stacey’s Everyday Athlete 2.0! It was just the challenge I was looking for. Being a mom of a busy toddler and working full time, I find the program to be a great fit with my life. The length and frequency of the workouts is achievable. I am feeling stronger and am loving the style of the workouts. It uses a mix of heavier lifting with the squat rack and still using dumbbells, kettlebells, and body weight. I definitely feel that I am achieving full body strength improvements. I plan on continuing to use the Everyday Athlete 2.0 program and further improve my fitness.
