“I have been really enjoying Stacey’s Everyday Athlete 2.0! It was just the challenge I was looking for. Being a mom of a busy toddler and working full time, I find the program to be a great fit with my life. The length and frequency of the workouts is achievable. I am feeling stronger and am loving the style of the workouts. It uses a mix of heavier lifting with the squat rack and still using dumbbells, kettlebells, and body weight. I definitely feel that I am achieving full body strength improvements. I plan on continuing to use the Everyday Athlete 2.0 program and further improve my fitness. Stacey is quick to respond if you have questions or need any modifications. Her advice and suggestions are incredibly helpful.
