“I started working out with Stacey just under a year ago when I was 3 months postpartum, and looking for ways to get fit after having a baby. She helped me understand the physical changes your body goes through during pregnancy, and how to exercise in a safe and effective way. I have continued to work with Stacey since then because I have never felt more strong and fit in my life. She is a great motivator and pushes you to challenge yourself. Stacey always modifies our workouts based on the individual needs of each participant in our group and checks in at the beginning of each session to see if there is anything she needs to be aware of before continuing. Stacey designs workouts that are fun and full of variety, and keeps me engaged through positive words and a supportive demeanor. Thank you so much Stacey!”
