This 6 month training program is for those working towards a specific training goal, race or event. Those in this program understand that if you truly want to perform and feel good when it comes time to compete, a short term training program isn’t going to cut it. This program is an online custom strength and conditioning program that will complement your sport specific training. For example if you are a Triathlete, you have your specific run, swim and bike training schedule. This is your strength based gym/dry land training unique to you to help you stay strong and injury free.
All workouts will be accessible by app with custom videos from Stacey. Whether you want to train at home or the gym this isn’t a problem. You will have your training plan right at your finger tips.
