The Everyday Athlete Program is a personal trainer in your pocket that will help take you from where you’re at now to peak performance in your sport and training. 

TRAIN WITH STRATEGY

Designed with the everyday athlete (YOU!) in mind, The Everyday Athlete Program has phases that build the body up so you can progress and excel in your sport, followed by recovery periods to let your body repair itself and be fresh for your next round of training. 

Most everyday athletes train way too hard and don’t take enough (or any) breaks. It’s easy to forget that the pros take a lot of time off and do a ton of behind the scenes work to keep their bodies in peak performance shape. 

SAVE TIME WITH DONE-FOR-YOU WORKOUT PLANS

With full-time jobs, kids, housework, bill payments, appointments, and everything else going on in our day-to-day lives, it can be difficult to prioritize mobility, mindset, strength training, and all of the other pieces that make up the peak performance pyramid. 

That’s why The Everyday Athlete Program was built - to give you all of the tools you need to excel in your training without adding another thing to your to-do list.

Because of the way that The Everyday Athlete Program is structured, you’ll have more time in your week to devote to strength training, mobility, mindset, and all of the other Peak Performance pieces, because you won’t have to spend so many hours going hard with your training. Your training will now be smart, focused, and consistently varied so that you’re always levelling up.

And it’s all scheduled in so you don’t have to organize it yourself! The app will send you a reminder when it’s time for your “time out” and for your workouts, although you can always move things around to work with your life.

Each week of the program includes 3 strength and conditioning workouts, 1 mobility recovery session, guidance for incorporating cardio workouts on your “off” days if you wish, and a daily 5-minute “time-out” meditation session.

WHY TRAIN WITH ME?

Hey, I’m Stacey Carswell, canfitpro Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor Specialist, Certified JOGA Coach, Certified Fascial Stretch Therapist, functional movement lover, and all-around healthy living advocate. 

I specialize in athletic training for the body and mind. I help athletes and active individuals overcome injury or high-performance burnout and go from feeling defeated and overwhelmed to feeling energized and balanced with training programs that focus on longevity, balance and improved performance in both sport and life.

I have learned that striving to be your best in sport and life requires paying attention to what your body is telling you, finding the right tools, and learning to advocate for yourself.

My passion is to support you on your own personal journey. I know what it feels like to not be heard or feel like no one understands what you are going through. To feel frustrated with your health and feel like you haven’t reached your full potential yet. I know what it feels like to suffer from an injury. It can feel overwhelming and isolating, thinking and stressing about life without your sport or your health.

But if you’re here, I know you are the kind of person who is always striving to find new ways to improve and be at the top of your game, whether in your sport, job or life. You aren’t ready to give up on your dreams and want a way to feel energized again, instead of burnt out and overwhelmed.

Q: What equipment do I need for The Everyday Athlete Program? 

A: The Everyday Athlete Program was designed with minimal equipment in mind. You’ll need...

Q: Is this personalized training? 

A: No! You have the option to upgrade your program and get individualized programming, but it’s not a requirement and I will help you be successful with the programming you receive. 


Q: I don’t know how to do a lot of exercise movements. Can I still participate? 

A: YES! There are instructional videos that go along with every exercise, so you’ll always know exactly what to do, and what modifications are available to you if you need them. 


Q: Do I need access to a gym to join The Everyday Athlete Program? 

A: Nope, all of the programming can be done at home if that’s where you’d like to do it! 

Q: I work a varied schedule every week, will I have to miss workouts if I’m working on one of the scheduled days?

A: Not at all, you’ll have the ability to move your workouts around and do them on your own timeline if you have time restrictions throughout the week. 


Q: Will I actually have access to you in the app, or is it an assistant of yours/a bot answering the questions? 

A: I wish that I had an assistant! But no, you will have access to and be messaging directly with me. And no bot, either. (Even if I did have an assistant, I’d still be doing the interacting on the app. I love it!)

Q: Am I committed to the program for any period of time? Do I have to pay to cancel?

A: You’re not committed to the program for any period of time. You pay each month and can cancel whenever you’d like. You will still have access to the app and your programming for the remainder of any months that you’ve paid for even if you cancel in the middle of a month. There is no fee to cancel.
