TRAINING CAMP

Essential Core for Athletes

You’ve had a disrupted training season and it’s left you with some low level aches and pains.

You’ve done virtual dryland training, online and app based workouts, and had short glimpses of a “normal” athletic life again, but something just isn’t lining up.

You no longer trust your body's ability to hold up during your strength and dryland training sessions.

This training camp is for athletes and fitness enthusiasts who are ready to learn a new strategy that will strengthen their core and refine the way they move, squat, and deadlift.  This isn’t for first time lifters.

If you want to feel confident in your ability to train and lift, whether on your own or with a team, join the Essential Core for Athletes training camp.

You will…

  • Learn how your workouts and training can soon become your key to rehab from injuries that have been holding you back.

  • Gain a coordinated, dynamic core strategy that will help you find YOUR best alignment.

  • Discover the secret of your breath and how minor repositioning can radically change your experience of an exercise.

Plus some EXCLUSIVE bonuses!

No more missed training sessions, games, or feeling defeated because your body isn’t holding up.  This strategy integrated into your dryland and strength and conditioning training will allow you to unlock performance potential and be preventative with injuries.

This is a training camp that has active portions.  Come prepared to move, squat and deadlift.
